Pink Rebellion is a celebration of unapologetic self-expression. The contrast between the woman’s black-and-white portrait and her explosive pink afro represents the moment we stop shrinking ourselves to fit expectations and choose to be fully seen.
The pink becomes a symbol of confidence, individuality and freedom, a reminder that there is power in embracing the parts of ourselves that make us different. She doesn't ask for permission to stand out. She simply owns who she is.
A statement about breaking free, embracing your individuality, and having the courage to be seen.

At Martina V. Creative, each original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, created with care and intention. Because original artwork is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical piece, all sales of original artwork are final.
Returns
Original artwork cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind, the artwork is not the right fit for your space, or you have changed your preference after purchase.
We encourage you to carefully review the artwork images, dimensions, colours, description, and other details provided on the website before placing your order. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Artwork Damaged During Shipping
We take great care in packaging and preparing artwork for shipment. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at martinavcreative@gmail.com.
Please provide:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage
Clear photographs of the artwork and the damage
A brief description of the damage
Please keep the original packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been reviewed, as they may be required for a shipping claim.
Once the damage has been assessed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement where reasonably possible, or refund.
Because each original artwork is unique, an identical replacement may not be possible.
Incorrect or Significantly Misrepresented Items
If you receive an artwork that is significantly different from the artwork you purchased, or if there is an issue that was not accurately represented in the listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund is the result of an error on our part or another circumstance covered by this policy.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping Costs for Approved Returns
If a return is approved due to an error on our part or an artwork arriving damaged, Martina V. Creative will work with you regarding return shipping arrangements.
Returns that have not been approved in advance will not be accepted.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not considered a reason for a return or refund.
Before You Purchase
Every original artwork is unique. Slight differences in colour may occur between the artwork viewed on your screen and the physical piece due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Please review all artwork details carefully before purchasing, including dimensions and presentation information.
If you are unsure whether a particular artwork is right for your space, please reach out before purchasing. I’m always happy to answer questions and provide additional information where possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I carefully package each artwork to help ensure it arrives safely at its destination.
I ship artwork within Canada and internationally.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Processing times depend on the artwork purchased.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:
Original artwork: 4-5 business days
This time allows for packaging, preparation, and shipment.
Custom commissions and murals have separate timelines established in the project agreement.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as:
Destination
Artwork size
Weight
Packaging requirements
Shipping method
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout where available.
For unusually large artwork or special shipping requirements, I may contact you separately to arrange shipping.
3. CANADIAN SHIPPING
Orders shipped within Canada are sent using an appropriate carrier and service based on the size, destination, and requirements of the artwork.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are welcome.
International customers are responsible for any:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Customs clearance charges
Other fees imposed by the destination country
These charges are not necessarily included in the artwork price or shipping charge.
Customs rules vary by country, and Martina V. Creative cannot guarantee the amount or timing of customs charges.
5. SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping estimates are estimates only.
Delivery may be delayed because of:
Weather
Carrier delays
Customs processing
International border delays
Incorrect address information
Unforeseen transportation issues
Other circumstances outside my control
I will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments.
6. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the artwork.
7. DAMAGED ARTWORK
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If the artwork appears damaged:
Photograph the package before opening it.
Photograph the packaging and artwork damage.
Keep all original packaging.
Contact me at [email] within [48 hours] of delivery.
Please do not discard the packaging until the matter has been resolved.
I will work with you and the carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.
8. LOST PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
9. LOCAL PICKUP / DELIVERY
If local pickup or delivery is offered for a particular artwork, the available arrangements and applicable charges will be communicated before purchase.
