​​RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each original artwork is created, selected, packaged, and shipped with care.

Because original artwork is often one-of-a-kind, I have a limited return policy.

1. ORIGINAL ARTWORK

​

Change-of-mind purchases

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, all original artwork sales are final, except where the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item purchased, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

2. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom commissioned artwork is not eligible for cancellation or refund once work has begun, except where required by applicable law or specifically agreed in writing.

Because commissioned artwork is created specifically for the client, deposits and payments may be non-refundable once the corresponding work has begun.

Specific cancellation and refund terms will be included in the Commission Agreement.

3. MURALS

Mural deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation provisions contained in the applicable Commission Agreement.

Because mural projects involve planning, design development, scheduling, materials, travel, and preparation, cancellation fees may apply.

5. INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive an item different from the artwork you ordered, contact me as soon as possible.

I will work with you to correct the error.

6. REFUNDS

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. SALE ITEMS

Unless otherwise stated, sale or promotional items are subject to the same return policy as other artwork.
